Abia State Governor Alex Otti has made a game-changing move! 🤩 He's approved a new parental leave policy that's all about supporting families! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Here's what's new:

- Nursing mothers in the civil service now get 6 whole months of maternity leave 🍼 (that's a big upgrade from 16 weeks!)
- Fathers get 3 whole weeks of paternity leave 👨‍🍼 to bond with their newborns and support their partners!

This awesome policy started on August 18, 2025, and Governor Otti's directive is clear: all ministries and departments must comply! 💯 Abia State is setting a great example with these family-friendly policies! 👏 Kudos to Governor Otti for prioritizing family welfare!
