Lagos commuters laments the high cost of transportation.

Lagos commuters and residents are expressing frustration over the recent hike in transportation costs, due to the high cost of fuel which has significantly impacted their daily routines and budgets.

For instance, the fare from Maryland to Mile 2 has now reached ₦1,500, while the trip from Oshodi to Sango Ota also costs ₦1,500. Additionally, the fare for travel from Lagos to Ibadan has increased to ₦3,500.

These fare increases have created a burden for many who rely on public transportation, forcing them to adjust their spending and seek alternative travel options. Commuters are calling for measures to address the rising costs and enhance the affordability of transportation services in the city.
